Classes

Wednesday:-
16:30 - 17:30
Ninjalings. Children's class, suitable for ages approx 5-10 years. Basic class focusing on traditional Wado Ryu karate mixed in with fun and games. A good class for the younger children or an entry level for older children to give them the basics prior to commencing the beginners class.
18:00 - 19:10 
Beginners to purple belts, however more advanced grades are welcome. Grading syllabus, competition techniques, and self defence skills are the order of the session. All fitness levels are welcome.
19:15 - 21:00

Competition fight training. Beginners  are welcome but this class is more suited to adult students. A good degree of fitness is needed but don't be put off, come have a chat with our instructors and let us help you reach new hights.

 

Thursday:-
19:30 - 21:15

Advanced techniques and defensive skills.  A range of techniques are practiced to stimulate mind and body. Focus pad drills, sparring and fight skills. Athough suited to higher graded students beginners  and lower grades are more than welcome.

 

Friday:-
18:00 - 19:30

Traditional Wado Ryu karate. Kata, Kihon techniques and movement are the core of the session. Sessions cover white belt to black belt. Add to the mix self defence skills, and you have something for all levels of ability.

 

Saturday:-

08:30-09:30

Fit & Fight RookiesThis class goes right back to basics, perfect for those who "don't know where to start". Will cover basic fight skills and self defence, circuit training, weight training, rehab and stretching, how to start running and much more.

09:45-10:45

Mixed skills. Suitable for any age or fitness, a combination of traditional karate, kickboxing, self defence, fight skills and fitness. 

11:00-12:00

SUPER NINJAS! Hard hitting, heavy lifting, lung exploding session. No whining, no moaning, no quitting! People wanting to attend must already have some level of fitness and fighting ability. No under 18's unless this has been discussed with instructors.
